Case No. 203 of 2024, registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1),140(2),3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and section 25(9) Arms Act, Amendment 2019, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Deoghar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no linkage of petitioner’s mobile for any ransom call. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-state has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the petitioner has been identified by the victim and the petitioner along with other miscreants had kidnapped the informant for ransom. It is also submitted that the petitioner has six criminal antecedents of similar nature. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has been identified by the victim and he has ( 2026:JHHC:4304 ) 2 numerous criminal antecedents, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail.
