No.254 of 2016, the sole accused preferred the present Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that during the pendency of the present appeal and while undergoing imprisonment, the appellant died.
