[2026:RJ-JP:6900] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2427/1990 Kanhaiya Lal son of Shri Bajranglal, resident of Village Luhavad, Tehsil Pipalda, District Kota ----Petitioner Versus 1. Board of Revenue for Rajasthan, Ajmer. 2. Murti Shrinathji Kotawale through Guardian, Pujari and Manager- a) Murlidhar b) Krishna Chander c) Bal Mukund sons of Ranchhoddas Bhatt, resident of Nathdwara District Udaipur 3. Prahlad son of Bajranglal, resident of Luhavad, Tehsil Pipalda, District Kota. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : None Present For Respondent(s) : Mr. Roshan Vishwkarma HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 13/02/2026 1. The present writ petition was filed by the petitioner way back in the year 1990. Perusal of the order-sheets, more particularly order-sheets dated 26.02.2024, 30.05.2024, 16.07.2024, 19.09.2024, 09.10.2024, 24.01.2026, 31.01.2026 and 07.02.2026, reveals that none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it transpires that the petitioner is not inclined to proceed ahead with the matter. 2. Taking note of the continuous non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the Court is constrained to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution. However, in case any grievance still survives, the [2026:RJ-JP:6900] (2 of 2) [CW-2427/1990] petitioner would be at liberty to file an application seeking revival of the writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. 4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (ANUROOP SINGHI),J JAYANT KUMAR /01
