1. The present Petition is filed under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of case being CS(DJ) 68/2020, titled “Jai Singh & Anr. v. Delhi Transport Corporation & Ors.” from the Court of Ms. Mayuri Singh, learned Additional District Judge [“learned ADJ”], Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi to the Court of Sh. Jiten Mehra, learned District Judge, where the latter is currently posted with a direction to proceed with the matter from the stage already reached without de novo hearing. 2. Admittedly, Sh. Jiten Mehra, learned District Judge has been transferred, vide Order bearing No. 23/D-3/Gaz. IA/DHC/2026, dated 22.05.2026, passed by the Worthy Registrar General of this Court, to the Delhi Judicial Academy as Additional Director-II. 3. In view of the above, keeping in mind the fact that Sh. Jiten Mehra, learned ADJ is no longer presiding over a Court to which the above-mentioned case can be transferred, it will not be possible for this Court to pass any orders in the present Petition.
