The instant Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, by the Petitioners / Accused Nos.1 to 4
2 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.34 of 2026 on the file of Penuganchiprolu Police Station, NTR District for the offences under Sections 75(2), 115(2), 118(2) and 351(2) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that Section 118(2) of BNS is altered to Section 118(1) of BNS and that notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS has also been served on the Petitioners.
3. Sri Gade Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same the petition may be disposed of.
