Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Review has been sought by the applicant, of order dated 07.05.2026, passed in CWPIL No.83 of 2024, titled Court on its own motion Vs. State of HP and Ors., on the ground that there was an observation in paragraph 3 that the rates have been negotiated to Rs.3,450/- from Rs.3,800/-. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the rates are actually Rs.3800/- only, therefore, the said observation needs to be deleted. The case of the applicant is that respondent No.4 has initiated the process of implementation of revised mess charges without affecting the change in the menu, as per communication dated 16.06.2026. Respondent No.4 had addressed the communication to the Principal, Lal Bahadur 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- Shastri, Govt. Medical College and Hospital. 3. We have gone through the order, which is sought to be reviewed. Apparently, observation as such was a passing observation and the Public Interest Litigation has been disposed of on account of the communication received from the students that they do not intend to press the petition. In such circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed both in the review petition and in the application for delay. It is open for the applicant to raise the challenge to the communication dated 16.06.2026. 4. The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
