It transpires from the record that during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main Writ Petition No.26606 of 2013 itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution, vide Order dated 03.03.2026, which is on record. The Final Order passed by this Court dated 03.03.2026 is taken on record. 4. Having taken note of the same, this Court is of the view that this Contempt Case has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 6.
