Petitioner is an outgoing Pradhan and she is now being removed from exercising her administrative powers also essentially on a ground that she has not complied with the order dated 21.8.2026, whereby she was asked to make payments to an employee. 3. Sri Devaang Savla, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that impugned order was passed without granting any opportunity of hearing or submitting any reply and now reply has been submitted on 5.9.2026 i.e. after the impugned order was passed and he refers contents thereof. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering that now since an explanation has been submitted by the petitioner, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that concern respondent will pass a fresh order after considering the explanation/reply submitted by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today.
