Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 142/2021 of Police Station Crime Branch Chankyapuri for the offence under Section 419/420/ 467/468/471/120B/34 IPC. 3. At the outset, learned APP assisted by IO/SI Ravinder Kumar accepts notice and submits that the petitioner is not even required in the subject FIR’s investigation. In view of the above submission made by learned prosecutor on instructions of IO, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, in case at any stage in future, the petitioner is called by the IO or the Court. 5.
