It appears that several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 3650 of 2026, B.A. No. 3703 of 2026 and B.A. No. 3755 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Cum- Special Judge, NDPS Act, Simdega in connection with Kolebira P.S.
