This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely- Sonaram Rabidas @ Sona Ram Rabidas has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Hailakandi P.S. Case No.109/2025. 3. Mr. Parasar has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge sheet being C.S. No.160/2025 dated 03.11.2025. 4. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court for seeking regular bail. On his appearance, the trial court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with the procedure as laid down by law.
