Issue notice. 3. Notice is accepted by Ms. Radhika Bishwajit Dubey, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1. She states that there is no objection on behalf of the respondent no.1 in case the time sought is extended. 4. It is stated by the parties that the final arguments have concluded and the matter is now kept reserved for passing of the Arbitral Award. 5. It is stated that the previous extension of the mandate of the Tribunal had expired on 09.04.2026. The period w.e.f. 09.04.2026 till date is regularized. 6.
