Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Case No. 591 of 2024 (State Vs. Mohd. Sagir), arising out of Case Crime No. 338 of 2023, under Sections- 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Sarpatha, District- Jaunpur, pending before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present matter, after submission of the charge sheet, cognizance has been taken on 21.5.2024 but till date charge has not been framed against O.P. No.2 and a considerable time has already been lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law keeping in view the provision of Section 309 Cr.P.C./346 BNSS, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
