The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.18,37,564/- payable to the petitioners in relation to the works i.e., 1) Construction of providing CC Road from OHSR to talari Ashok House in R&R Centre, Ponna Thota Village, Jammalamadugu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, and 2) Providing CC Road from Kumetha Guru Sekhar House to Palla Chowdaiah House in R&R Centre, Ponnathaota Village, Jammalamadugu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents released the amount to the petitioner, and no further adjudication is required in the writ petition.
