Case No. 239 of 2019. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 6510 of 2025. The petitioner has been implicated on account of he being in constant touch with Sujit Sinha who is a veteran criminal and who had demanded rangdari from the informant. It appears that one of the co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 3419 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2023. Regard being had to the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
