Learned counsel for respondents raises an objection that petitioner has filed this contempt petition without complying with the order dated 23.07.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.7642 of 2025. He contended that in para-3 of the order dated 23.07.2025, direction is to submit representation before the Transfer Committee and according to his instructions, Additional Chief Secretary, Secretary School Education Department and Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) are the Members of Committee and perusal of representation submitted by petitioner would show that petitioner has not submitted representation before any of the authority mentioned above. 2. In the aforementioned facts of case, I do not find any good ground to continue any further in this contempt petition. 3. Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. Notice issued to respondents stand discharged. However, petitioner would be at liberty to submit fresh representation in accordance with the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 23.07.2025 passed in WPS No.7642 of 2025.
