Mr. Jahar Lal De, learned advocate for the respondent/State files a report dated 27.06.2017, which is taken on record. 2. It is submitted by Mr. De that the instant writ petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that the alleged construction has been made after passing of the conversion order by the appropriate authority. 3. He draws our attention to page no.-4 of the report, as filed today. On perusal of page no.-4 of the report, as filed today on behalf of the respondent/State it reveals that the jurisdictional BL&LRO has permitted conversion of the nature of land from sali to bastu. 2 4. In view of such report, the allegation of the writ petitioner that an illegal construction has been made over a sali land cannot stand. 5. With such finding, the instant writ petition is dismissed. 6.
