Page No.# 2/2 This application has been filed praying for a direction allowing the claimants to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,25,000/-, which is kept deposited in the Registry of this Court in compliance with the order dated 13.12.2025 passed in Lok Adalat in connection with MFA No. 69/2022. Mr. Sarma has submitted that Insurance Company has no objection if the applicant no. 1 Teheran Nessa is allowed to withdraw the said amount. In view of the above, the present application is allowed. The applicant no. 1 Teheran Nessa shall be allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,25,000/- deposited by the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. in the Registry of this Court in compliance with the order dated 13.12.2025 passed in Lok Adalat in connection with MFA No. 69/2022.
