The learned writ Court in terms of order dated 17.02.2026, disposed of the writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 263/2026, in the following terms:- “ 10. Accordingly, the instant petition is taken up for disposal and is accordingly disposed of at this stage with the direction to the respondents 1 to 3 that they shall not issue the necessary license for installation of the proposed petrol dumping pint at the proposed site unless all the requisite NOCs under law are obtained in respect of the matter. The NOCs, if any, already obtained in Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document respect of the matter and valid under law shall not be directed to be re-obtained.” 02. Learned counsel for the appellants has very candidly admitted that the appellants have already filed a contempt petition against the respondents for violating the order dated 17.02.2026, as the installation of Petrol Pump is being made on the land, without seeking any permission for change of use of land. Once the appellants have already filed the contempt petition, complaining the non-compliance of the order dated 17.02.2026, they cannot claim themselves to be aggrieved of the same. This appeal being misconceived, is accordingly dismissed along with all connected CM(s).
