The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 227/2024 of PS Uttam Nagar for offence under Section 302/341/201/120B/365/34 IPC. 2. Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that she along with six co-accused persons and CCLs wrongfully restrained, kidnapped and killed the deceased in public view with the help of fist blows and dandas after that deceased was run over by a motorcycle and his mouth was choked with water. The CCTV footage captured the incident and it depicts that in presence of large number of public persons, a lady (the accused/applicant according to prosecution) administered as many as 15 strong danda blows to the deceased. 3. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after recording of testimony of all eye witnesses.
