1. Grievance of petitioners in this writ petition is of withholding benefit of revised pay- scale, time bound pay-scale and to grant arrears of benefit till 01.07.2018 before absorption in the Education Department.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that aforementioned benefit has
3 been withheld only on the ground that petitioners are not having B.Ed or D.Ed degree/diploma. Identical issue has been considered and decided by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No.4271 of 2017 (Jayant Kumar Patle vs State of Chhattisgarh) and batch of writ petitions, where direction was issued to the respondent-authority to take decision based on directions issued by the High Court.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that in view of above submission of counsel for the petitioner as also order passed by the High Court in WPS No.427/2017, case of petitioner can also be considered in light of the decision of Jayant Kumar Patel (supra).
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Considering above facts of the case, submissions of counsel for the respective parties, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to take proper decision on claim of petitioners in the light of order passed by the High Court in case of Jayant Kumar Patle (supra) expeditiously, preferably within ‘eight weeks’ from the date receipt of copy of this
order. CC as per rules. Sd/-
