In furtherance of last order, it is submitted by learned APP for State, assisted by IO/Inspector Shishpal, that the role of the accused/applicant is not just that he exhorted the killing, but he also caught hold of the deceased after which the deceased was stabbed to death. It is also submitted by learned APP that the accused/applicant was earlier granted interim bail and he jumped, after which he could be arrested after five years only after being declared a proclaimed offender, so he is a flight risk.
