Learned counsel appearing for respondent/Bank submits that both the wife and husband have borrowed the money. The writ petition filed by the wife i.e., WP.No.7237/2026 is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner therein to avail the appropriate remedy. 3. Considering the fact that this writ petition is filed by the husband, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy. ii. The petitioner shall have the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. iii.
