HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 43720 of 2025 Court No. - 36 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.07.2011 passed under Section 189(Ka)/194(1) U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 after more than 14 years. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers paragraph 11 of the writ petition regarding extraordinary delay that he came to know about the impugned order on 28.10.2025 and thereafter he wanted to file a restoration application but the file could not be traced out at the office of concerned Authority. 4. There is nothing on record, nor there is any averment that how suddenly he came to know about the impugned order on 28.10.2025 after more than 15 years, therefore, there is no ground to invoke writ jurisdiction to issue a writ of certiorari, ignoring such extraordinary delay being without any sufficient cause. 5. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 6. This order will not come in the way, if petitioner files a Civil Suit to agitate his rights in accordance with law.
