Heard Mr. D. J. Kapil, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Itanagar P.S. Case No.174/2025 registered under Section 120B/406/409/420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2026, has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of 10(ten) days from the date of passing of the aforesaid order.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid direction dated 27.08.2026, the accused applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and got her statement recorded. He submits that since the accused applicant is cooperating with the investigation, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to her should be made absolute.
5. Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that she has instruction that the accused applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating.
6. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 27.08.2026 should be made absolute. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail is
