No.630 of 2004, which has been dismissed on account of non-compliance of order dated 21.10.2005 whereby the defects were directed to be removed within stipulated time. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the averments made in the C.M.P. and has submitted that the reason for non-removal of defects is bonafide as there were terms of compromise between the parties and the matter arises out of partition suit. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection, so far as the prayer for restoration is concerned. 4.
