The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025. It has been alleged that the house of one Shankar Singh was raided from where huge quantity of black and blue stones, were seized. The petitioner appears to have been implicated in this case on the disclosure of one Shankar Singh. There does not seem any other material to connect the petitioner with the commission of the offence. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This application stands allowed.
