Heard Sri Satya Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Mayank Shekhar Singh, Advocate holding brief for Sri Shyam Mani Shukla, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4, and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioners have prayed for quashing the notices dated 16.09.2026 issued to them. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the notice is virtually an order on merits and the petitioners would not be given any opportunity of hearing. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction that the petitioners shall submit their replies to the notices within a period of two weeks from today. If they submit their respective replies to the notices issued to them, the same shall be considered separately, in respect of each notice, and disposed of by separate orders by the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 3, within a further period of two months, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.
