His client has challenged order dated 3rd July, 2026 passed by respondent no. 3 (the Sub Divisional Magistrate). By it his client's income certificate was rejected. 2. He points out from impugned order, petitioner's earlier certificate dated 19th April, 2024, valid for three years was found to exist, which is why the subsequent certificate was rejected. 3.
