The applicant, who is in custody since 14.09.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 93 of 2025 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 65(1), 126(2), 115(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Spl. Judge POCSO, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. along with its enclosures have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is no cogent material available on record so far as the age of the girl is concerned. She was a consenting party and only on refusal to marry, this case has been lodged. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 6. From perusal of record, it appears that the girl has supported the allegation and her age is disclosed as 15 years. 7. Considering the above fact, I am not inclined to enlarged the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
