He also seeks clear and impartial investigation into the incident dated 26.07.2026. 2. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for State appears on advance notice and submits that the matter is already under inquiry and PCR calls are being scrutinized and there are complaints from both the sides. 3. Be that as it may, in order to ensure that the petitioner does not feel any kind of threat, the Mobile Number of concerned SHO, Mansarovar Park is directed to be shared with them by the learned ASC for the State. The petitioner would be at liberty to contact him in case he feels any threat of any nature whatsoever. The abovesaid arrangement is in context of the alleged incident dated 26.07.2026 only and will not be misused. 4. However, simultaneously, in case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the manner in which his complaint is dealt with by the police, he would be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of the concerned Magisterial Court by moving appropriated application. 5.
