No. 482 of 2019 in S.C. No. 186 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences against Women, Rajamahendravaram. 2. The main Sessions Case in S.C. No. 186 of 2018 culminated in conviction of the accused by judgment dated 24.09.2018. 3. The present revision is directed against the order allowing Crl.M.P. No. 482 of 2019 filed by the prosecution seeking permission to receive the audio and video recordings of the conversation between the accused and P.W.1 as additional material on record. 4. No representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. 5. A perusal of the impugned order discloses that the trial Court, upon consideration of the material placed before it, allowed the petition filed by the prosecution to receive the said audio and video recordings. The order under challenge is interlocutory in nature and does not finally determine the rights of the parties. 6. Be that as it may. The revision would not allow against such order viewed from any angle and the criminal revision deserves dismissal. 7. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
