Though the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the endorsement issued by respondent No.1 (Annexure-'T' to the writ petition), in the course of the arguments, the petitioner submits that she will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to conduct the necessary survey and fix the boundaries of her property, which is the subject matter of the writ petition. 2. Learned HCGP appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits they will conduct the necessary survey. Hence the following:- ORDER i. The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the second respondent to conduct the survey of her property along with all the necessary particulars. ii. Upon receipt of such representation, after due notice to all the persons concerned, respondent - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19531 WP No. 13422 of 2019 No.2 shall conduct the necessary survey and do the needful within a period of three months thereafter. iii.
