Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has made available for the perusal of the Court the instructions received from Director (School Education), to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. In terms of these instructions, the petitioner has been deputed to GPS Goshal, on account of the fact that presently there is only one Teacher out over there and there are 34 students studying in the said School. It is also mentioned in the said instructions that petitioner is temporary deputed in the School till a new Teacher joins. 2. In light of these instructions, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the deputation of the petitioner shall continue maximum till 14.08.2026. The onus to post a regular Teacher in the School in issue shall be upon the Department.
