GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: p. 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 944/2026 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent No.2 in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the removal order passed by respondent No.3, whereby removing the petitioner from the post of Field Assistant in Kandivaram Gram Panchayat Cheedikada Mandal, Anakapalli District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard the respective counsels. 3. The petitioner was initially appointed as Field Assistant in the year 2010. Since then, the petitioner has been discharging his duties without any remarks. Thereafter, the petitioner was terminated from service on 11.11.2025 by respondent No.2, based on a complaint from wage seekers. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before respondent No.2. 4. As per the Field Assistant Human Resource Policy, the appeal filed against the order of termination should be disposed of within 30 days. Despite same, the appeal filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of. Hence, this writ petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
