Learned counsel for the State is present. Identical was the situation on 17.09.2025. 3. By order dated 17.09.2025 status report was called which has been received. In the status report it has been revealed that final judgment has been passed on 23.11.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per status report the matter can be disposed of. 5.
