The present CRMP has been filed seeking extension of time to file an appeal before the appropriate court. 2. Vide order dated 30.07.2025 passed by this Court in ACQA No.110/2020, the petitioner was granted liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate court within a period of 45 days. The petitioner failed to file the appeal within the stipulated period. Subsequently, he preferred CRMP No.3500/2025 seeking an BHOLA NATH KHATAI Digitally signed by BHOLA NATH KHATAI Date: 2026.01.22 16:46:06 +0530 2 extension of time to comply with the order dated 30.07.2025. The said petition was allowed on 20.11.2025, granting a further 30 days to file the appeal subject to a cost of Rs.1,000. However, the petitioner again failed to file the appeal within the extended timeline. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking a further extension of time. 3. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant a last opportunity to the petitioner to file an appeal subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- before the District Legal Services Authority, Durg within a period of 10 working days from today. Upon furnishing the receipt of such payment, the petitioner shall file an appeal before the appropriate court within an outer limit of 30 days from today. It is ordered accordingly. 4.
