P.P. …...... 05/ 13.02.2026: Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the Passport of the petitioner be released as he has to attend meeting in Dubai. There is nothing on record to suggest the time and date when the meeting is scheduled. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the modus operandi of the petitioner was from Dubai, which is evident from the F.I.R. and further the chargesheet has not yet been submitted and investigation is still in progress, where the presence of the petitioner from time to time is necessary. 3. This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 16.07.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit his Passport before the Court, since there was an allegation against the petitioner that the activities of the petitioner was from Dubai itself, which led to filing of complaint against him. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact and the vagueness of the petition, I am not inclined to pass any order at this stage. Thus, the instant Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
