1. Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Sr. AAG, vide order dated 19.05.2026, had sought time for having instructions in the matter.
2. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgement passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C)164/2025 titled as “UT of J&K and others Vs. Imtiyaz Ahmad Laloo and Others”, decided on 30.08.2025, as such, the respondent is entitled to the benefits in terms of the judgement dated 30.08.2025.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
