Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. S.S. Bhatt, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, directing the Petitioner to approach the Mahila Police Station, Kadapa, for settlement of a purely civil land dispute, and compelling her to sign blank papers, bond papers, or settlement deeds. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 never asked the Petitioner to go to the Mahila Police Station, Kadapa, and never compelled her to sign any papers. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere henceforth 3 in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.5 without following due process of law. 6.
