The issue agitated in the present writ petition is that the respondents are not making allocation of the District for appointment to the post of Class-IV Employee on the basis of the merit-cum-preference of the petitioners. 2. The learned counsels for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, submit that the petitioners may be allowed a liberty to make a representation to the competent authority for the grievances, which have been raised in the present writ petition in light of the observations given by the Division Bench vide its judgment dated 29.08.2019 in case of State of Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Poonam Sharma in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.815/2019. 3. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsels for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the competent authority within a period of fifteen days from today for redressal of their grievances, which have been raised in the present writ petition. 4. In case the respondents receive any such representation from the petitioners within a period of fifteen days, they shall consider and decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order, after considering the observations made in the case of Poonam Sharma (supra). 5.
