The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.77/2025 registered U/s 319(2), 318(4), 309(4), 61(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and accused No.2 has taken the name of the petitioner. He next submits that now the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 9.9.2025. He also submits that same allegation is made against Dilip Kumar Yadav @ Bablu Yadav and he has been granted regular bail by the learned Session Judge by order dated 03.1.2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement of one of the apprehended co-accused. 5. Considering that in identical situation, the learned Session Judge has been pleased to grant regular bail to Dilip Kumar Yadav @ 2026:JHHC:907 2 Bablu Yadav by order dated 03.1.2026. Petitioner is in custody since 09.9.2025. The charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner; I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Jorapokhar P.S.
