JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN --------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Ranjan Kr. Singh, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Rakesh Kr. Roy, AC to GA-III ---------- 05/ 12.02.2026 The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent-authorities to pay and provide the amount of Rs.200/- per cattle, per day against 21 cattle since 01.07.2016 to May, 2017, which comes around Rs.12,50,000/- but the authority has provided him only Rs.3,16,300/- by defeating their own agreement for F.Y. 2016-17 which caused financial loss to the petitioner. 2.
