The petitioner is an accused in connection with Airport P.S. Case No.12 of 2026. It has been alleged that the informant who runs a hotel was shot dead by a miscreant and he had a providential escape. However, his staff sustained fire arms injury and died. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused Amar Singh @ Manish @ Kuber consequent to which, the petitioner has also confessed. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Airport P.S.
