The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 09 of 2026. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and mobile, etc. were recovered from his possession. He was suspected to be involved in cybercrime. It appears that three mobile and SIMs were recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2026 and he does not have criminal antecedent. It also appears that charge sheet has been submitted. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
