1. The petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents 2 & 3 for recovery of embezzled BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.04.01 10:33:02 +0530
2 money from the respondents No.5 & 6 as per enquiry report submitted by the enquiry committee vide Annexure P/1, in accordance with law. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents 2 & 3 for taking appropriate step afor registration of criminal case against the respondents No.5 & 6 for misappropriation of panchayat fund. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition, may be given.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before concerned Collector requesting to invoke its revisional power against Order dated 24.7.2023 (Annexure-P/3) passed by Sub Divisional officer (Revenue), Surajput Distt. Surajpur (CG).

Learned counsel for the State has no objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
4. On due consideration, the prayer is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as sought for.
5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
