The notices were issued in this case to the respondents who were represented by their counsels before the Single Bench because of the reasons that the Hon’ble Supreme Court directed to hear the appeal itself. Since the first appeal was ordinarily heard by Single Bench and the original First Appeal filed by the State was dismissed in default and this Court had upheld the order of dismissal which has been set aside by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and restored the appeal to its original file, we direct the parties to be present before the Single Bench which is hearing the First Appeals. 2. The First Appeal is restored to its original number. Registry shall place the First Appeal before the Single Bench having the roster. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of.
