JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent-Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-Tahsildar has not taken action pursuant to the representation dated 08.12.2025 given by the petitioner to enter in Column No.11, the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in RFA.No.513/2025 dated 24.11.2025, where the parties are directed not to alienate the suit schedule property or create any third party interest during the pendency of the appeal. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk, to proceed to make entries in column No.11, forthwith having regard to the Communication dated 11.03.2025 made by the Revenue Commissioner, Bengaluru, to all the Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners to enable entry of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13661 WP No. 6015 of 2026 all such orders passed by the Courts in column No.11. The Tahsildar shall make such entries as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
