JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 07-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other family members are alleged of killing the deceased. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are sisters-in-law (nanad and gotni) and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that during investigation, it has come that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29537 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 deceased has committed suicide and no ante-mortem injury except an injury on the neck has been found. Petitioners have clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and their relationship with the deceased, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj/ concerned Court below in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
