Dash, Advocate For the Opposite Party(s) : A.P.P. --- 2/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Manoj Kr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Olidih P.S. Case No. 305 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant was tortured mentally and physically and harassed by her in-laws to bring dowry and her husband had also solemnized a second marriage. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner who is the husband of the informant is general and omnibus in nature. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
